1180-CD Series High-Temperature Resistant Ink
1180-CD series is a high-performance high-temperature resistant ink developed to meet customers’ new process requirements. It resists yellowing at temperatures up to 350°C. It features excellent adhesion, outstanding physical and chemical resistance, superior outdoor weather resistance, high hardness and good insulation properties.
1. Scope of Application
Commonly used for microcrystalline plates, borosilicate glass, physically and chemically tempered glass, ceramics, iron, copper, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and other substrates.
2. Technical Parameters
Ink Printing Process: Add an appropriate amount of thinner and stir well. Print multiple layers with a 250-mesh screen. Pre-dry at 350°C for 5 minutes, followed by curing at 350°C for 30 minutes.

3. Instructions for Use
a. Fully stir the ink before use to prevent separation of special additives contained in the ink. b. If necessary, remove oil stains and dust from the substrate surface prior to printing. d. This product is suitable for multi-layer printing for better coating performance. Recommended baking schedule: pre-dry at 350°C for 5 min before printing the next layer; final curing at 350°C for 30 min. For other baking conditions, perform a preliminary trial first to verify feasibility and avoid defects in finished products. e. This series is available in a full range of colors:
- Varnish / silver ink: resistant to yellowing at 600°C for 1 hour
- Color series: slight discoloration at 450–500°C for 1 hour
- White ink: slight discoloration at approx. 350°C for 1 hour
5. Notes
f. Seal the ink container tightly before and after use. Store in a cool and well-ventilated area, away from open flame and high temperature. g. The shelf life of this series is 12 months from the production date. Re-verify performance if expired.
