0180 Series (PP Non-Pretreatment Ink)

1. Suitable Materials: Primarily used for soft PP films, rigid PP plastics, and certain rigid PE materials.
2. Ink Characteristics: Low odor, medium gloss, excellent coverage, good screen flow and leveling properties. Provides strong adhesion to most PP materials without pre-treatment, along with resistance to alcohol, white spirit, and superior adhesion. Suitable for both screen printing and pad printing.
3. Technical Parameters:
A. Screen suitability: 40–165T mesh for screen printing; surface drying time: 8–15 minutes. Testing must be conducted after air drying for 24 hours or baking at approximately 65°C for 30 minutes.
B. Alcohol and white spirit resistance: withstands over 100 rubs under 500g force.
4. Precautions:
A. Thinner: SL4408 slow-drying thinner or SL4407 medium-drying thinner; use S-718 screen wash for cleaning.
B. Only mix with inks from this series; do not blend with other types of inks.
C. Always conduct a printing test before formal production and verify adhesion and other properties after full curing.
D. Do not mix with inks from other series.
E. When a hardening agent is required, use only DB-01 hardening agent from our company at 5–10% addition. Ink mixed with hardening agent must be used within 4–6 hours, as exceeding this period will severely affect adhesion and other properties.
F. Seal unused ink promptly to prevent drying and deterioration.
