1. Scope of Application: Single-component ink, highly recommended for use on various stainless steel, aluminum sheets, alloys, anodized surfaces, and painted surfaces.
2. Ink Characteristics: The ink layer is glossy, with uniform ink output, excellent pigment dispersion, and consistent fineness. It offers good screen flowability and leveling properties. After curing, the coating exhibits excellent adhesion, high hardness, and outstanding resistance to water, weathering, oil, solvents, and chemicals. Suitable for screen printing and pad printing.
3. Other Parameters:
A. Drying Conditions: 150°C for 15 minutes.
B. Impact Resistance: 1/2R X 1000g X 50cm OK.
C. Pencil Hardness: 2H or higher.
D. Salt Spray Resistance: 24 hours.
E. Boiling Water Resistance: 2 hours.
F. Flexibility: ≤ 3mm.
G. Screen Compatibility: 77T-140T mesh (except for inks mixed with gold, silver, or pearl powder).
4. Diluent:
A. Diluent: S-3 slow-drying diluent; S-7 medium-drying diluent.
B. Screen Wash: S-718A.
5. Precautions:
A. Stir the ink thoroughly before use and seal it promptly after use. Storage conditions: temperature 10-15°C, humidity below 60%.
B. Add approximately 10% diluent as needed. Shelf life after opening is one month; unopened ink has a shelf life of one year.
C. Contaminated substrates should be cleaned or wiped with degreasing oil to ensure optimal printing results. If printing errors occur, remove the ink with erasing fluid before it fully dries and reprint. If screen clogging occurs during printing, clean with S-718A screen wash before resuming.
D. When printing multiple colors, allow the previous color to become tack-free or fully dry before applying the next color.
E. Tests for adhesion, hardness, acid resistance, oil resistance, degreasing oil resistance, scratch resistance, and abrasion resistance should only be performed after the ink layer has fully cured.
