4. Thinner: S-3 slow-drying thinner, S-3A fast-drying thinner
5. Precautions:
A. Ensure the printing substrate surface is clean. Stir the ink thoroughly before use and add approximately 10% thinner. Use S-718 screen wash for cleaning.
B. For multi-color overprinting, allow the previous color to surface-dry for 20 minutes before applying the next color. Heat drying 5–10 minutes after printing yields better results.
C. Do not mix with other inks to avoid compromising print quality. If necessary, add 5%–10% DB-01 curing agent.
D. As material properties, processes, molding conditions, environmental factors, etc., may affect quality, conduct a trial test before mass production. Proceed with batch printing only after confirming compliance with quality requirements.
E. Ensure the ink is fully dried before packaging.
F. After use, seal the ink container properly, store away from fire sources, and keep in a ventilated, dry, and light-protected environment. Shelf life: one year.
