1. Applicable Materials: Primarily recommended for use on PC, PVC, PET, and PMMA materials. Also suitable for printing on rigid PC, ABS, PMMA, and PET materials.
2. Ink Characteristics: Medium-drying ink with excellent thixotropy, resistant to screen clogging. Matte finish for black and white colors; flat finish for other colored inks. Particularly suitable for pad printing, with good resistance to alcohol, bending, and stamping.
3. Other Parameters:
A. Fineness: <5 µm
B. Screen compatibility: 77T–165T
C. Surface drying time after printing: 5–8 minutes. For PET materials, baking at 80°C for 6 minutes allows testing; for other materials, baking at 50°C for 10 minutes allows testing.
D. Alcohol resistance: 99% ethanol, 500g force, back-and-forth 100 times; wear resistance: 500g force, back-and-forth 50 times.
4. Thinner:
A. Thinner: S-3 slow-drying thinner; S-3A pad printing thinner
B. Screen wash: S-718
5. Precautions:
A. The substrate surface should be cleaned thoroughly. Stir the ink well before use, and add approximately 10% thinner.
B. Do not mix with other inks to avoid compromising print quality. For screen clogging, use S-718 screen wash for cleaning.
C. For multicolor overprinting, allow the previously printed color to dry for at least 20 minutes before proceeding with the next color. Ensure the ink is fully dried before packaging.
D. Due to potential variations in materials, processes, injection molding conditions, and environment, conduct a trial test before mass production to confirm quality compliance.
E. After use, seal the ink container properly. Store away from fire sources, in a well-ventilated, dry, and dark place. Shelf life: one year.
