C. Rigorous testing: Natural drying for 48 hours on ordinary materials; for metal electroplated UV surfaces, bake at 70°C-120°C for 40 minutes with curing agent.
D. Alcohol resistance: 99% ethanol, 500g force, 500-1000 rubs.
E. Wear resistance: 500g force, over 200 rubs.
F. RCA tape test: 175g force, 30-50 rubs.
5. Thinner: S-783E slow-drying eco-friendly thinner or S-755E medium-drying eco-friendly thinner.
6. Precautions:
A. Curing agent: L-DB-02 (10%-15%). Ink mixed with curing agent should be used within 4 hours.
B. For PAHS compliance, use only the dedicated eco-friendly thinners S-783E or S-755E.
C. This product can only be mixed with other products in the same series. Do not mix with other types of ink.
D. Stir the ink thoroughly before use and seal properly after use.
E. Store and use away from fire sources. Ensure proper ventilation, moisture protection, and light avoidance. Shelf life is one year.
F. As material processes, molding conditions, and environments may affect quality, conduct a trial test before mass production to ensure compliance with requirements.
