1. Suitable Materials: Primarily applicable to certain metals and electroplated materials, and can also be printed on PP substrates.
2. Ink Characteristics: Low odor, high gloss, excellent coverage, good screen flow and leveling properties, resistant to alcohol and white spirit, with superior adhesion. Suitable for both screen printing and pad printing.
3. Technical Parameters:
A. Screen Suitability: 40-160T
B. Surface Drying Time: 8-15 minutes
C. Full Curing Time: 8-24 hours under natural evaporation
D. Alcohol Resistance: Over 60 rubs under 500g force
E. Abrasion Resistance: Over 50 rubs under 500g force
F. Baking Conditions: 60-100℃ for 30 minutes
4. Precautions:
A. Thinner: S-3 slow-drying thinner or S-3A medium-drying thinner; Screen Wash: S-718
B. Curing Agent: DB-01 (5%-10%)
C. Only mix with inks from this series; do not blend with other types of inks.
D. Stir the ink thoroughly before use and seal promptly after use.
E. For multi-color overprinting, ensure the previous ink layer is surface-dry before applying the next color.
F. For printing on PP materials, treat the substrate with PP primer to ensure adhesion.
G. When using the ink with a curing agent, ink mixed with curing agent should be used within 3 hours. Clean screens immediately after use and apply anti-rust oil.
H. After long-term storage, the ink may yellow slightly and corrode the container walls. It is recommended to repackage in plastic containers.
I. When mixing gold or silver ink with 110 thinner, use immediately after mixing; do not store. Alternatively, use 110D1 for silver ink and 110D2 for gold ink, but test adhesion before printing.
J. After printing, allow the ink to fully dry before packaging. Avoid heavy pressure.
K. Store and use away from fire sources. Keep in a light-protected environment.
