1. Application Scope: Primarily recommended for use on glass and ceramic products.
2. Ink Characteristics: Glossy ink layer, uniform ink output, excellent pigment dispersion, consistent fineness, good screen flow and leveling properties. After curing, the coating demonstrates outstanding adhesion, high hardness, and superior resistance to water, weather, oil, solvents, and chemicals.
3. Other Parameters:
A. Drying Condition: 30 minutes at 150°C
B. Impact Resistance: 1/2RX1000gX50cm OK
C. Pencil Hardness: 2H or higher
D. Salt Spray Resistance: 24 hours
E. Boiling Water Resistance: 2 hours
F. Screen Compatibility: 77T-165T mesh (except for inks mixed with gold, silver, or pearlescent powders)
4. Thinner:
A. Thinner: SL4408 slow-drying thinner; S-7 medium-drying thinner
B. Screen Wash: S-718A
5. Precautions:
A. Stir the ink thoroughly before use and seal promptly after use.
B. Before use, add 13% EP-01 curing agent and mix well, then dilute with approximately 10% thinner. Let stand for about 10 minutes to activate before printing for better surface leveling.
C. Contaminated substrates should be cleaned or wiped with degreasing solvent to ensure optimal printing results. Printing errors should be removed with erasing fluid before the ink fully dries, followed by reprinting. If screen clogging occurs during printing, clean with S-718A screen wash before resuming.
D. For color overprinting, allow the previous color to surface-dry or fully cure before applying the next color.
E. Tests for adhesion, hardness, acid resistance, oil resistance, degreasing solvent resistance, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, etc., should be conducted only after the ink layer has fully cured.
F. Ink mixed with curing agent must be used within 4 hours.
G. Storage: Keep in a well-ventilated, dry place away from fire sources.
