1790 Series (Reinforced Hardened Material & Multi-Purpose Ink)

1. Applicable Materials: A. Various reinforced and hardened PC, PMMA, PET, and acrylic materials (Note: Mix ink with DB-03 curing agent in a 9:1 ratio, add an appropriate amount of S-3 diluent for printing. Bake at 60-80°C for 40-60 minutes; self-drying is also possible, though the effect is inferior to low-temperature baking.) B. Surface printing on certain hardware materials, electroplated materials, and oxide alloys (Note: In laboratory and some client trials, printing without a curing agent or allowing the curing agent to dry naturally met requirements. However, adding 10% DB-03 curing agent and baking at 120°C for 10-40 minutes is recommended for better results.) C. For unhardened PC or PET sheets, printing can be done directly without a curing agent, and it can also be printed on treated PP materials.
2. Ink properties: A. Black and white inks are semi-matte, while colored inks are glossy, with excellent coverage.
B. The ink is suitable for offset, hand, and screen printing, with excellent leveling performance.
C. The ink, after complete curing reaction with the curing agent, exhibits the following resistance: alcohol resistance (1000g force for 1000 cycles), rubber resistance (over 100 cycles), solvent resistance, resistive to plating removal water, CNC cutting resistance, stamping resistance, and paper tape resistance (275g force for over 30 cycles).
3. Important Notes: A. Due to material complexity, test adhesion on the first piece before screen printing. B. Clean the substrate surface thoroughly, mix thoroughly before use, and add approximately 10% diluent. C. When performing multi-color overprinting, wait until the preceding color has dried completely before proceeding to the next color. D. Do not mix with other inks to avoid compromising print quality. E. Never seal, apply adhesive, or cover with protective film before the ink is fully dry. F. After use, store the ink securely, away from heat, in a well-ventilated, dry, and light-protected environment.
