1. Suitable Materials: Two-component PU ink, suitable for printing on PU painted surfaces or UV-coated surfaces, with excellent performance. It can also be printed on certain plastic or metal substrates, followed by spraying UV paint, PU paint, or elastic paint, ensuring strong interlayer adhesion.
2. Ink Characteristics: Slow drying, excellent adhesion, vibrant colors (with “D” grade for UV surface printing without shrinkage; without “D” grade as UV primer without pinholing). Suitable for both screen printing and pad printing.
3. Technical Parameters:
A. Screen Compatibility: 77T-140T
B. Baking: Bake at around 75℃ for 1 hour (testing after 24 hours post-baking yields better results).
C. Alcohol Resistance (99% ethanol): Over 300 rubs under 500g force.
D. Rubber Abrasion Resistance: Over 100 rubs under 500g force.
4. Thinner: S-3 slow-drying thinner, S-3A fast-drying thinner; Screen Wash: S-718.
5. Precautions:
A. Stir thoroughly before use and seal promptly after use.
B. During use, add 10%-15% thinner and 15% DB-02 curing agent (based on ink volume).
C. Conduct performance testing before mass production; proceed only after confirming suitability.
D. Ink mixed with curing agent should be used within 2 hours for optimal results.
E. Ensure the ink is fully dried before packaging.
F. Keep away from fire sources, store in a well-ventilated, dry, and dark place.
G. Perform tests only after the product has completely cooled down (ideally after the ink has fully cured and been left for 24 hours).
H. Due to the high acidity of the ink, mixing with copper or aluminum powders may cause gelation.
