1. Product Introduction: This ink is a single (dual)-component water-based plastic ink, offering excellent adhesion to PS, HIPS, PC, PMMA, ABS, PVC, glass, and various painted surfaces. When combined with a dedicated water-based curing agent, it delivers high hardness, gloss, fullness, scratch resistance, wear resistance, water resistance, alcohol resistance, acetone wipe resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance.

A. Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid.
B. Viscosity: 10,000-15,000 cP (25℃).
C. Solid Content: 35% ± 2.
D. Solvent: Ether ester solvents, amine neutralizers.
E. pH Value: 8.0 ± 0.5.
F. Drying Conditions: Bake at 60-80℃ for 45-60 minutes or air dry naturally.
G. VOC Content: 18 ± 2.
H. Water-Based Curing Agent Addition Ratio: 10%-20%.
3. Features:

4. Precautions:
A. Store indoors at 15-30℃, avoiding direct sunlight.
B. During transportation and storage, protect from freezing and prolonged exposure to sunlight. Avoid excessively low or high temperatures.
